Betsy Folsom
Betsy Folsom is certified by AFFA and NASM as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer.
She holds her BS degree in Marketing and has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. Betsy teaches all types of fitness classes from spinning to senior exercise. She is currently finishing a full certification in The Method® (the exercises of Joseph Pilates). She is the mother of two beautiful children.
